Blog updates are live now! And to help us stay in touch, I will slowly add small things and try to find low-barrier, convenient and safe ways to communicate directly and indirectly.
I want a spot where we can meet online. Simple, straight-forward and safe.
I want to have a "house" in the "woods" that is easy to find. If we met at a "cafe", do not just wait around that "cafe" and hope we meet again. Find my "house" and visit me directly! (Or just look at the garden without me even noticing.)
The Future#
As mentioned above, I try and find simple ways to communicate.
If we want to play, I want to send you a simple link and we can chat. Ideally without log-in, without complicated download and setup, safe and unintrusive.
I try and provide quick and easy ways to write to me directly or reply to blog posts. So you can just leave a comment, even anonymously, without having to start a discussion and without giving away your name or email.
Let's see how well all of this goes!
The Past#
My "house" for the past years has been in a "town" called "Twitter".
It was not like this for a long time, but the town started to lock out visitors more and more and also became very picky to accept new citizens. Even before the new mayor, who caused many citizens to flee. It seems towns always have the same problems and I do not want to live in a town anymore.
Now I am slowly moving to this old "house in the woods". While it is a bit sad too, I hope I can enjoy a more peaceful life and if someone is thinking the same, I hope you will share your new address! It may take longer to travel between woods to talk, but at least anyone can come and go whenever they like. Including our friends from town!
